Hengsang Stone Co., Ltd is located in beautiful Yun’nan Province. Mr. Tong, the chairman of the company has engaged in the exploration and processing of the stone material for a long time. His professional dedication is known by the craft brother. At present, the company is invested a huge sum of money by the tripartite shareholders from Yunnan, Shenzhen, Beijing and combines the resources of various fields to exploit and deeply process the stone material. The company is expected to carry out the peak resource efficiency and protect the local environment. At the same time, the company will drive the development of local other industries and becomes the leading stone enterprise in Yun’nan. 

记者：今年年初，你的企业在开采石材“添宝绿” 中被一举评为“全国名优名矿奖”。当时我记得你说过，由于“添宝绿”地处高寒山区，加之道路还未修好，运输很困难。现在时间已过半年了。不知现在的情况发展怎样？

Editor: At the beginning of 2008, the stone Tianbao Green is prized as “the high-quality stone award”. But at that time, you said the Tianbao Green was located in the high and cold mountain area, in addition the road has not been built up yet so it is very difficult to transport. Now half a year has passed already, how is it going on?

童辉熟：半年前我曾说过，我们还在加紧修路。从矿山开车至当地加工厂，全长约27公里全是我们自己投资修路。是今年6月中旬才全线贯通的。这里顺带说几点：

Tong: The whole road, from the mine to the local processing factory, which is about 27 kilometers of total length all made by us. And it has finished in the middle of the June.

1.       由于公路的畅通，开采出来的石材才能顺利运往内地出售，满足广大用户的需求。

1. Due to the finish of the road, the stone from the quarry could sell to the market to meet the requirement of the customers.

2.       我们投资的大型石材加工厂，现在已正式启动。每天能生产各种的石材荒料和板材。还可以满足当地用户的石料加工。

2. The large-scale stone material processing factory has already to product now. It not only produces various stone materials and slabs, but processes the local stone materials.

3.       我公司现在可以郑重向社会各界宣布：由云南恒桑石材有限公司生产的“添宝绿”石材，正式面向全国出售。望同行及社会各界前来指导我们的工作。关于石材“添宝绿”的销售我们专门建立了石材营销部。由徐晓晶经理负责全权销售。今后有关营销的事情可以直接找徐经理联系。

记者：“添宝绿”石材到底好在什么地方，怎么那么多的人喜欢它，能否给我们详细介绍一下。

Editor: Could you introduce the Tianbao Green, please?

童辉熟：“添宝绿”石材是一种石纹路非常清新的流水起伏式样的石材。它的构造非常特殊，实质细腻、既有硬度又有柔度，经我们测试它的硬度已达6度以上,光泽度为>90度。石材颜色、性能都堪称一流水平。它是同类石材的佼佼者，按规则严格检测达标为A类，纯属绿色环保产品，适用范围不受任何限制。

Tong: The Tianbao Green has clear and beautiful grain. According to the test, the hardness of the Tianbao Green is above 6 and the glossiness is over 90. With the first-class color and performance, the Tianbao Green is the top one among the similar stone material. It is a green stone so its application is very widely.

目前，我公司投资三千多万的工厂，正以现代化一流生产线进行生产加工，同时应用先进技术不断刷新石材的第二次革命。日开采不低于150立方米，以年产值2 .007个亿的速度在飞跃前进。本产品又属环保型绿色A类名贵石材，是家装、建筑、装饰、墓碑、雕刻的上好石材。我这样说不是夸大宣传，你们可以到实地进行考察。“添宝绿”石材纹路自然天成，具有明显的条理性，流动形态似行云流水，纹路分布均匀协调，外观的连续韵律味特浓。总体给人感觉：高贵典雅、落落大方。

     Our factory was invested over 30 million RMB to produce and process with the advanced product line. The output of our quarry is at least 150 m3 every day and the production value is 200.7 million per year. The Tianbao Green could use in building, ornament, tombstone and carve and so on. The noblest stone is green and graceful.

记者：对于石材出口童董事长有何打算？

Editor: How about the export of Tianbao Green?

童辉熟：你提的问题实在太好了，我的"添宝绿"石材还未被大众深知的时候，我已经走访过许多国家。比如泰国，日本，韩国以及东西欧国家。怎样把自己的商品打出国门是我一直在思考的问题。最终我自己得出一个结论：“产品质量”，我说的这个意思就是要把质量关把好,经得起众人的评估。在满足国内市场的需求的同时，必须要努力走出国门。我们的石材“添宝绿”和“汉白玉”都是经得起国内外客商验证的产品。国外许多大型建设物，如白宫、克林姆宁宫、意大利教堂、国家大剧院等宏伟建筑，都分别采用了汉白玉，它的雕刻风格都堪称世界一流，石材资源来自世界各地，可以说是一种匠心独具的人类艺术精华，真正的石材装饰博物馆。我们走出国门就要学习人家对石材装饰的钻研精神和对石材运用的技能。当然，我国也是历史文明大国，运用石材不比其他国家差。我现在所谈的主要是，如何运用我们的石材来赚取外汇。我想只要我们保持长盛不衰的执着精神，我想，不久的将来企业一定会赢得十分可喜的收获。近几年，我已经在福建、厦门，南安水头，泉州，广东，走访了很多知名企业。如：南安溪石集团、英良石材、光岩石材和云浮永新，福利达、春光等知名企业，从人家办企业的交流中，我学到了许多过去不知道的很多事情。这几年，我在国内出席了不少大型国际石材会议，与中国石材工业协会及地方石材协会相关领导有过接触，在和他们的交谈中，我得出一条真理：那就是必须真才实干地做事。当然，现代科学不能盲目的干，必须得保持清醒头脑。用现代化的科学技术和聪明的智慧创造新的产品。不断发掘、不断完善、不断更新、永无止境的走石材可持续发展之路。我想，有我们的努力，又有你们的宣传，不久将来，我们云南恒桑石材肯定会与全国先进企业同步。并以快速发展的势头，尽快打入国际市场。

Tong: Before the Tianbao Green known by the people, I always think about how to promote it to the international stone market. Finally, I find that the quality is the most important thing. Our Tianbao Green and White Marble is the high quality product that could stand up the test from the clients. We have to improve our product through learning the advance technology and management from other companies. We believe in the near future, our company will be the leading stone company in China and enter the international market successfully.
