——访厦门侨航玉石公司副总经理 李蕾女士

Interview with Ms. Li Lei, the Vice Manager of the Xiamen Qiaohang Onyx Company

编者按：玉一直以来都是高贵典雅的代表，在中国传统文化长河中扮演着一个极为重要的角色，以其温润华贵的外形博得了人们的喜爱。随着现在生活水平的提高和加工技艺的发展，玉石作为一种新型的建材也逐渐进入人们的视线，并且以它天然、独特的装饰效果，以及在家居工艺品方面的运用吸引了设计师和普通百姓的眼球。为此，我们采访了侨航玉石公司副总经理 李蕾女士。

Editor: Onyx, respecting elegance and nobleness, which plays an important role in Chinese traditional culture. It won people’s heart with its luxurious appearance. With the development and improvement of the living standard and processing skill, onyx as a new building material has known by more and more people. It attracts the designers and common people through its natural and unique ornamental effect. This issue, we interview with Ms. Li Lei, the Vice Manager of the Xiamen Qiaohang Onyx Company to know the onyx better.

编者：贵公司主营巴基斯坦玉石，能否为我们简单介绍一下？和其它石材相比，有什么不同的地方吗？

Editor: Could you introduce the Pakistanis onyx? What’s the difference between it and other stone type?

李：玉石在我国具有特殊的审美价值和丰富的文化内涵。大部分的玉石只能做观赏品和饰品，适合做建材的很少。国内的玉石硅的含量高，硬度大，不易加工且产量极少，现在资源基本已经枯竭。产自巴基斯坦的玉石质地跟一般大理石相似，能够作为建筑材料利用，而且，其纹理丰富，色泽典雅，在家居等方面也具有特殊的装饰效果。

我们在巴基斯坦自有玉石矿山，储量大，产量稳定，货源充足，这样在保证质量的同时也能减少中间环节，价格较低。巴基斯坦玉石不同于一般的大理石在于其组成成分为沉积岩，是由藻类分泌物沉积而成的。经过专业部门的鉴定，证明巴基斯坦玉石不含对人体有害成分，是一种安全可靠的绿色建材。这对现在更加关注装饰安全的人们来说，无疑又多了一种选择。

Li: The onyx is very popular in our country but always be the ornament product. There are few ones that are suitable for being the building materials.  Because the domestic onyx with a high content of silicon and great hardness which is hard to process, in addition, the output of onyx is very low even now it has been exhausted now. However, the texture of the onyx from Pakistan is similar with marble, so it is easy to process being building material. Moreover, it has beautiful vein and nobles appearance which is suitable for decorating.

We have our own quarries in Pakistan which with large reserves and stable output. So we could reduce the intermediate links to provide the high quality and low price material. The Pakistan onyx is made from the secretion of the alga. According to the qualification of the specialized department, it is a really natural and green material.

编者：玉石和一般大理石的加工有什么不同吗？在加工过程中可能会遇到哪些问题，如何解决这些问题呢？

Editor: what’s the difference between the onyx process and marble? How to solve the problems which meet in the process?

李：其实加工玉石的程序跟一般大理石相似。但是，玉石和一般大理石不同，其天然的纹路及细腻的质地和独特的色彩，需要加工者从整体上把握。这就需要用艺术的眼光对玉石板面进行板面修补和色泽调和；需要对玉石的天然纹理、花纹、色泽有比较独到的发现，才能将每一块不同的玉石打理得更加出彩，从而把玉石的特性以及审美价值、石材质感得到充分发挥。玉石的加工关键在于修补和调色。民间有“玉不琢，不成器”的说法，建材玉石的加工也是如此。在玉石建材的加工上 ，侨航目前在国内达到了领先的水平。

Li: In fact, the onyx process is similar to the marble. But the onyx’s natural vein, smooth texture and unique color is different from general marble. All of these require the processors should have the eye of artists to find the original beauty of the onyx. The key of the onyx process are mending and mixing color. At present, Qiaohang has reached the leading level in China in processing the onyx building materials.  

编者：目前贵公司的玉石品种有哪些？这些品种有什么特点？

Editor: Now, which onyx variety does your company have? What’s the feature of them?

李：作为国内最大的玉石供应商，我们除了提供荒料和大板之外,还花费了很多时间和精力，研发出了很多品种。主要有玉石天然拼花、玉石复合玻璃、玉石复合瓷砖、玉石台桌面、玉石工艺品等几系列。当然，这些系列中，还有很多不同的种类。比如拼板这个种类中就有马赛克效果拼板，编织效果的梦幻拼板等等。目前，产品的种类有几十种，还在进一步研发之中。

这些品种的最大特点就是在保持玉石天然纹理、质地、色彩的同时，出现了多种材料组合的可能性，而每一种都有不同的独特装饰效果。同时，产品适应性强，玉石复合玻璃、复合瓷砖能用于室内隔断、背景墙、采光天棚、墙面地面等。几乎室内装饰的每个部位都可以用到。随着我们研发工作的进一步发展，会有更多的产品出现，应用范围也会更加广泛。

Li: As domestic greatest onyx supplier, we offer not only onyx block and slab, but also other product such as onyx natural mosaic, onyx compound glass, onyx compound ceramic tile, tabletop and handicraft, etc. There are dozens of product and we are in further developing.

Our products keep not only the natural onyx’s vein, texture and color but merge the feature of other materials. And every product has unique ornamental results. The application of the onyx is very widely, such as interior partition, background tile, daylight ceiling, wall and floor. With the further development of our research, there will be more products and wider range of onyx application.

编者：贵公司成立不到2年的时间，就能在石材市场脱颖而出，主要原因是什么？

Editor: What is the main reason that your company develops so well in less than 2 years?

李：主要原因有4个方面。一是精品意识，二是品牌理念，三是标准化生产，四是企业文化。

Li: There are 4 reasons. One is consciousness of high quality, two is brand concept, three is standardization production and four is enterprise culture

精品意识，主要是对产品而言。从开始做石材，我们就坚持精品意识，保证产品质量。每一块玉石，我们都尽全力加工到最好。产品要做好，做精，一个关键环节就是研发和技术。产品质量上，我们坚持高标准、高起点的原则，我们不只做原料供应商和中间商，而立志做最专业的“玉石生产专家”。现在国内很多石材企业只是原料供应商或中间商，要做出精品，做好精品，就不能重复这样的老路。产品研发和技术改进，是我们产品质量的保证，也是我们做大做好做强的动力。

The consciousness of high quality means that we try our best to produce the high quality product. The key of the high quality product is technique. We persist in the high standard in quality. And we are not only the raw material supplier and intermediate trader but the most professional onyx producer. Now a lot of domestic stone companies are the raw supplier and intermediate traders, but we could not repeat such an old type if we want to have a great improvement. The product development and technique advance is the guarantee of the quality to drive our company doing better and better.

品牌理念，是对企业的信誉而言。品牌是什么？就是消费者对商家的信任——产品的信任，信誉的信任，服务的信任。现在我们树立了自己的行业品牌——吉航商标，并在西安成立了自己的专营店。在未来的2——3年内，我们计划在全国20 多个一线城市设立直营店。品牌的基础是质量和服务，所以我们在做好产品的同时，始终怀着“结交四海宾朋”的胸怀。信任，是多方面的，也是相互的。有员工和公司之间的，有客户和公司之间的，也有员工之间的……这些环节都是非常重要的。同时，品牌理念也是一种责任感和使命感。在行业之中站稳脚跟，做大做强的一个基础就是责任感和使命感。商家需要考虑的不能仅仅是利润，在生存下来的同时也要考虑能为行业担负什么。我们做“中国最专业的玉石建材制造商”，一个潜在的目标就是让我们的玉石走进中国的每一户人家，为他们创造美好的生活空间。

Brand is the credit standing for enterprises. What is the brand? It is consumer's trust to the trade company, including the trust to the products, prestige and service. Now, we have our own brand---Jihang and set up a shop in Ji’an. We plan to establish some shops in over 20 first class cities in 2-3 years. The quality and serve is the base of a brand. And the brand concept is the responsibility and sense of mission. A great brand is not taking the profit in the first position, but the responsibility and sense of mission for the industry. Our target is letting our onyx enter every household in China to create the beautiful living space for them.

现在工业化的背景下，标准化生产，产品才能适应性强，应用范围广。像我们开发出来的拼板、复合玻璃、复合瓷砖等产品，都是标准板。这样在提高生产效率的同时，也能尽可能最大程度的减少原料的浪费，较少环境破坏和污染。标准化生产有一个条件就是，产品的多样性、可选择性，只有这样才能满足客户的不同要求。工业化背景化，企业之间要加强合作，强强联合才能体现行业优势。所以我们欢迎国内外的朋友和我们合作、加盟，开创玉石建材行业的新天地。

Under the industrialized background, the products with standardization produces could have strong adaptability and wider range of application. Standardization produces would improve production efficiency at the same time could reduce waste of raw materials as much as possible and decrease environmental disruption and polluting. 最后一个就是有特点的企业文化。企业文化是企业生存和发展的灵魂，是精神动力。打造坚实的企业文化氛围，是公司成立之初就非常重视的关键点。

And the corporate culture, the soul to the subsistence and development of the enterprise, which we paid much attention to the beginning of establishment of our company.

编者：能否详细谈下贵司的企业文化？

Editor: Would you please talk about the corporate culture of your company in detail?

李：刚才我已经说过，企业文化是一个公司的灵魂。侨航公司的企业文化核心是——诚、和、情。具体来说，诚，就是诚信，忠实，诚恳；对客户要诚信，对公司要忠实，对同事要诚恳。和，就是和气，和谐，平和；与客户相处要和气，与同事相处要和谐，对工作态度要平和。情，就是友情，感情，亲情；和客户要有友情，与公司要有感情，员工之间要有亲情。这些都是相互的，不仅仅是对员工而言，更重要的是全公司上下都要身体力行，共同打造企业文化的浓厚氛围。我们要努力使公司有家的温暖，有友情的关心，有亲情的关爱。

在用人上，我们也是这样。公司坚持才能用人，品德服人，感情留人。如果在工作，生活的每一个细节，我们都坚持“诚、和、情”，所有的困难都能解决，所有的事情都能做好。

Li: The core of our corporate culture is honesty, harmonious relationship and love. We are loyal to our clients, company and colleagues. And we require all of our employees getting easy along with customers and colleagues.  Finally, love is means friendship. We try our best to create a family-warmth company.

The corporate culture affects our employment. We insist on choosing the right person and retain them with love.  

编者：这么看来,侨航是石材行业一个很有特点的公司。刚才您也谈到了用人的问题,能否谈谈这方面的相关情况?

Li: You mentioned the topic that chooses the right person just now; would you please talk more about it?

李：是的,侨航公司成立的第一天,我们就立志要把她打造成为一个有性格,有特点的企业。应该说，侨航公司的“公司性格”与我本人以及公司总经理 黄良海先生的作风、性格有很大关系。

公司的性格、作风与成立之初的领导者有很大的关系，甚至是决定性的。我本人在大学四年期间从事过社团的领导工作，成功组织了很多活动。现在的工作方式和作风，都是在大学期间形成的。在上海的工作经历，使我本人眼界开阔，迅速得到成熟。

我调查了石材行业的很多公司，其中包括一些知名企业，大多数企业重视生产而管理运营方面混乱，这存在着很大的漏洞和隐患。所以侨航公司有一条原则就是“以管理促生产，以生产强管理”。只有生产、管理相互协调，公司才能有条理，有秩序，有生机。营销和服务等后续环节才能跟进，从而各方面的工作才能合理开展。

Li: On the first day when Qiaohang had been established, we try to make it to be a characteristic stone company.

I investigate a lot of stone companies including some famous ones; most of them put the manufacture in the most important place but the management confusion. So there is a saying in Qiaohang Company “the management promote the manufacture, the manufacture strengthen the management”. For only the mutual coordination between the management and manufacture, our company could be in good order.
